Welcome to Developmental Dental Training LTD ("the Company"). By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all learners, users, and visitors of the Company’s educational programs and services. 1) General Overview 1.1. Services Offered: Developmental Dental Training LTD provides Dental Nursing education programs, training materials, and resources (the “Services”). These services are subject to availability and may be modified at the Company’s discretion. 1.2. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in our courses or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms that may apply to specific programs or services. 1.3. Modifications: The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes, and continued use of the services will indicate acceptance of any revisions. 2) Enrolment and Registration 2.1. Eligibility: To enrol in our courses, you must meet the necessary prerequisites as outlined on our website or during the enrolment process. By registering, you certify that all provided information is accurate and up to date. 2.2. Fees: All course fees must be paid either in full, or as specified as agreed via a payment plan, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon by the Company. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or termination of enrolment and/or continuation with the course. 2.3. Course Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify course schedules, tutors, and content as necessary. If significant changes affect the course, you will be notified, and options for transfer or refund may be offered. 3) Cancellation Policy 3.1. Once applying for any course, you will have 14 days to make your first payment. If you do not make payment, you accept that your application will be cancelled and must reapply. 3.2. Upon completing the payment for your course, you will have 14 days to change your mind and cancel. If you do choose to cancel you will receive a full refund, minus examination fee and a £25 administration charge. This is due to the NEBDN examination fee being paid immediately upon registration, which is non-refundable. 3.3. After The 14 Day Cancellation Period If you do not cancel your plan within the 14 days of enrolling, you must accept to pay the full balance for the course. You will be obligated to pay even if you have: 1) Left the course/have withdrawn. 2) Been removed from the course due to our "Removal policy" 3) Need to be deferred to a later exam date, by choice of yourself or that of the tutor. 3.4. Process of cancellation To complete cancellation you must submit the "Cancellation Form" as provided to Info@developmentaldental.co.uk Any forms submitted past the 14-day period will be void and Section 3 of the T&C's will apply. 4) Course Conduct and Participation 4.1. Attendance: Full attendance is expected for all sessions unless otherwise stated. Failure to attend may affect your progress and result in course suspension. 4.2. Code of Conduct: Learners are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any behaviour that disrupts the learning experience or violates Company policies may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the course. 4.3. Assessment and Certification: To receive certification, learners must meet the minimum requirements for assessment & examinations, and must have paid course fees in full. The Company reserves the right to withhold certification if these standards and.or payments are not met. 5) Intellectual Property 5.1. Ownership: All course materials, resources, and content provided by Developmental Dental Training LTD are the intellectual property of the Company. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without the Company’s expressed permission. 5.2. Use of Materials: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the duration of the course. Unauthorised use or distribution of course content may result in legal action. 6) Data Protection and Privacy 6.1. Data Collection: We collect personal data as part of the registration process. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for providing educational services, communication, and administrative purposes. 6.2. Third-Party Access: We do not share your data with third parties without your consent unless required by law. 7) Limitation of Liability 7.1. No Guarantee of Success: While we strive to provide high-quality education, Developmental Dental Training LTD makes no guarantees regarding the success or employability of learners after completing any course. 7.2. Service Interruptions: The Company is not liable for any delays or disruptions in services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as technical issues or natural disasters. 7.3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Developmental Dental Training LTD, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in our courses. 8) Termination 8.1. Termination by the Company: We reserve the right to terminate your enrolment if you breach these terms or engage in misconduct. In such cases, no refund will be provided. 8.2. Termination by the learner: You may withdraw from a course at any time by providing written notice.
