If you are unable to complete your course in time, there are different situations in which we will be able to assist. There are a variety of reasons that may prevent the original plan of a learner in completing their course, which come under a branch of extenuating circumstances, following NEBDN criteria. If deferral needs to be made for any other reason E.G, uncompleted work within the correct timeframe provided initially, there will be an extended support fee and exam fee applicable. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
As learners/practices pay their/the learners exam & registration fee upfront, all learners will be registered immediately upon registration completion. (Should be received within approx. 4 weeks in total).
Dependant upon the course undertaken, DDT's courses run between a minimum of 6-12 months as standard. If a learner/practice feel the learner needs more time to complete their studies, they are encouraged to contact us before sign up.
The courses are held online only - this provides our learners the ability to work to their own schedule, and removes the need for travel time. The learner will be provided with the learning materials required, excluding necessary textbooks.
The learner has control over their learning, and therefore can choose to pause the course at any time. The only area to consider is that the learner will need to defer to the next point of examination, and therefore they would need to pay the applicable NEBDN deferral fee. More information regarding this fee can be discussed on request.
Of course! Here at Developmental Dental we encourage all learners to develop and enhance their careers for future investment and self development. We currently provide the NEBDN qualification in Dental Radiography, with the view of expansion to include other Post Registration qualifications in the future.
